As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of Human Resources. Your role involves assisting with HR related tasks and supporting HR team members in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of employee related events.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR skills.
- Shadow experienced HR professionals to gain practical experience.
- Support human resources team members in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
- Rising Junior or Senior, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong technology skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and possesses a high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds max.
