We specialize in taking a direct approach for event marketing and promotions. We focus on customer retention and client acquisition for service-based companies. This means you will be dealing with all consumers one-one-one at sports venues, special events, and various retail locations. With an outgoing personality and sense of humor, you will hone your sales and marketing skills. Have fun and engage with the public on behalf of the client. As you progress through the provided training, you will develop your skills set and may explore progressive opportunities.
Requirements:
- A reliable work history; Sports Marketing Associate candidates should be reliable and punctual
- You’ll need a professional attitude and professional communication skills
- Our Sports Marketing Associate must live within commuting distance of our offices in Raleigh, North Carolina
- A solid work ethic, positive attitude and desire to succeed are expected
- A student mentality and ability to accept feedback and coaching
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience or a degree in a relevant field of study
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports programs that drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
- Help customer service and sales teams reach retention and sales goals
- Assist in training new hires in customer service and sales staff
- Maintain efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Research new sales and customer service tactics
- Conduct annual employee evaluation to ensure employee performance and consumer satisfaction.

Pay: $22.40 - $26.98 per hour
