Job Summary

We are seeking Entry-Level Painters and Preppers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and assisting with renovation and remodeling projects. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity to develop valuable skills in the trade.

Positions Available :

Entry-Level Painter – Assist in painting projects, learn professional techniques, and gain hands-on experience.

Prepper – Prepare surfaces for painting by masking, sanding, caulking, and cleaning.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks

Apply paint using various techniques, including airless paint spraying

Assist with stucco application, concrete finishing, and masonry work as needed

Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of projects

Collaborate with team members on renovation and remodeling tasks

Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements :

Previous experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required

Knowledge of color theory and paint application techniques is preferred

Familiarity with stucco application, concrete finishing, and masonry work is a bonus

Ability to read schematics and follow project specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable transportation to job sites

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
