Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. We are a fast growing residential services business! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling clerical tasks, managing schedules, assisting with communication, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Experience is great, but not a requirement.
We will train and provide everything you need to be successful!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in data entry
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Requirements:
