LP TUBE is a small business in MANUFACTURING. We are professional and agile and work in the utility Scale production of Solar components. We are looking for an indiviual with strong communication skills to act as a leision between production and our customers. Job includes montioring productions, reporting production to the customer and scheduling shipments of finished goods.

```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email,
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Work with customers scheduling production and shipping of Utility scale solar Products
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Enter customer information and order details accurately into the system and the customers portal
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a bonus
