We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our architecture team. The BIM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale architectural projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy, ensuring seamless integration and management of information across all stages of construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM protocols and standards across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and manage BIM workflows, ensuring efficient data management processes.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings to resolve issues, enhance collaboration, and ensure project alignment.
- Create, manage, and integrate digital construction models, ensuring compatibility with other project models.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM processes, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct clash detection checks to identify and address potential conflicts before construction.
- Assist in the technical management of subcontractor models and facilitate data exchanges.
- Work closely with the Design Technologies Team to align BIM strategies with firm-wide goals.
- Participate in project meetings, providing real-time updates on BIM progress, challenges, and solutions.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to 115,000 per year and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or project complexity.
