Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SalesForce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SalesForce platform to enhance business processes and improve user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of solution architecture, agile methodologies, and information security practices. The SalesForce Administrator will collaborate with various departments to ensure the platform meets organizational needs and supports our strategic goals.

Duties

• Administer and maintain the SalesForce environment, including user management, data integrity, and system configurations.
• Develop and implement solutions using SQL, Apex, APIs, and CI/CD practices to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal functionality of the SalesForce platform.
• Conduct regular training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of SalesForce features and best practices.
• Implement information security measures to protect sensitive data within the SalesForce environment.
• Stay updated on the latest SalesForce features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SalesForce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and solution architecture principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Apex coding.
• Advanced experience and skills within Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of VPN configurations and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with information security best practices related to cloud applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
