LPi, a leader in print and digital communication for churches and nonprofits, is expanding our management team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Sales, this national role focuses on account retention and growth. The Associate Director will lead and manage a team of outside sales professionals, develop key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance team success.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Sales, this national role focuses on account retention and growth. The Associate Director will lead and manage a team of outside sales professionals, develop key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance team success.
Serving over 6,000 church and nonprofit accounts, this position is critical to maintaining our customer base and driving expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 outside sales professionals.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to drive team success.
- Oversee negotiation of multi-year service agreements.
- Analyze CRM data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing an outside sales team. Experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or years of equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing an outside sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel overnight (30%) across the U.S.

- Base salary ranging from $82,000 - $92,000 with annual earnings expectations to be $92,000 - $129,000.
