- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, translate, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- Experience creating and translating advertising materials to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive messaging for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Utilize the advertiser’s provided text, graphics, instructions, and specifications in accordance with LPi policy, production, and quality standards to create advertisements (print and electronic) with graphic design software. Utilize the internet when possible to enhance the quality of the advertisement
- Using graphic software adjust images for color, size, scale, brightness/contrast and resolution for highest quality print production.
- Assess completed work with the proofing checklists to ensure quality of output. Complete corrections according to quality review directions within the allotted time frame to meet production schedule.
- Process ad proposals, filler requests, copy changes, and grid changes according to order specifications. Ensure that order is processed accurately and within the assigned timeframe.
- Document all required activity using internal systems according to documenting standards. Complete weekly production tracking within Salesforce.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings. Collaborate cross functionally and cross center to further generate ideas and knowledge sharing.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, translate, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- Experience creating and translating advertising materials to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive messaging for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred
- 2 - 5 years graphic design experience, preferably in a fast paced production and quality focused design environment
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. Some knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce would be helpful.
- Basic understanding of Macintosh computer system.
- Attention to detail needed to review work product against guidelines for accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills including phone and email etiquette.
- Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts and applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal. The ability to speak clearly and to have others understand what is being communicated. Ability to establish rapport with co-workers, even with people who are different from him/herself.
- Strong personality traits of optimism, confidence, perseverance, personal accountability, and resilience.
- Developed time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet individual/team goals.
- Strong ability to function in a team setting with ability to interact with all organizational levels including employees, team leaders, managers, and executive groups.
- Able to work independently under general supervision; manage time effectively to meet goals and LPi timelines
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay for this position is between $17.00-$24.00 based on experience
