ROLE OVERVIEW :
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, you will play an instrumental role in the analysis and reporting of LPL's consolidated financial performance. The team provides critical analytical support to executive leaders through financial analysis and visually compelling reporting of the company's consolidated financial results. This role will also coordinate across both business line FP&A and cross functional teams to understand drivers of our financial performance and will have direct interaction with the executive leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES"
Consolidated Financial Reporting
- Manage consolidated financial reporting deliverables and communicate financial results to senior leadership
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to complete monthly variance commentary compared to budget / forecast at the consolidated and business unit level
- Develop standardized dashboards and reports to assess financial performance
- Effectively communicate, write, and present to various levels of management, including C-suite team

74,700-$124,500 / year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
