Duties

- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Provide support in team management activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Experience in clerical tasks and human resources functions is beneficial.
- Previous experience in stockbroker office management is a plus but not required.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
