Job Overview :
The primary role of the Marketing and Administrative Assistant is to provide support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Marketing and Administrative Assistant helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain communication with current clients through on-going mailings, email and phone calls
- Preparing documents for client appointments
- Responding to client inquiries and requests
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting clients when they enter the practice
- Assist with social media outreach and content management
- Creation and management of a content calendar across our social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram)
- Manage timely responses to comments on social media platforms, screening for warm / hot leads and forwarding to Wealth Advisors
- Website administration, including maintenance, management, and email campaigns
- Basic graphic design to support social media postings, and marketing communications
- Brainstorming creative campaign development to help promote the business working with the leadership team to create engaging and accessible content with clients and prospects
- Support in amplifying client events for FFG
- Content creation for client communications

22.82-$38.04 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
