Job Overview:

As an Associate Advisor Compensation Solution Professional in Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that existing/ newly onboarded advisors receive accurate commissions and appropriate billing of expenses. You will be empowered to mitigate risks, protect the firm, and maintain the integrity of the advisor experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the accuracy of existing and new advisor profiles for compensation and expenses.
  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of core and specialized processing for direct business sponsor payments.
  • Liaise with internal partners to communicate trends in processing or service errors related to advisor commission payments.
  • Participate in, support, and drive departmental and firm-wide projects focused on efficiency and process improvements.
  • Ensure that Client Compensation department processes are documented and compliant with departmental controls.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Core Competencies:

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Personable, reliable self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills requiring minimal oversight for day-to-day responsibilities
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to solving and preventing problems
  • Flexible and willing to work additional hours to accommodate business needs
  • Able to prioritize and organize work to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of or the ability to learn navigation of the following systems: Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics or Case Management, SharePoint


Pay Range:

$21.15-$35.25/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
