Job Overview :
We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Strategic Partners team within LPL Wealth Management Solutions which provides centralized business, project, data and partnership management services to support LPL’s Investment Product teams, Advisory Platforms, Retirement Partners, Institutional Clients and Research. This role serves as a critical part of LPL’s strategy to support advisors and our product partners by identifying and executing on key firm initiatives requiring partner support.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a relationship manager between LPL Financial and our product partners, drive business decisions, lead business and contract negotiations, craft and conduct business planning activities, lead execution of key initiatives, and directly managing the corporate & economic relationships between LPL and our partners.
Maintain and evolve existing partnerships with large institutional clients
Leverage and continually grow industry knowledge to deliver competitive solutions that will enable LPL to recruit to and drive adoption of our centrally managed platforms.
Lead and drive projects, initiatives, decisions and tasks forward to the successful execution of key priorities.
Evolve LPL’s business intelligence capabilities to better support LPL Financial Professionals, their clients, and our Strategic Partners
Be a strategic thought leader who can identify industry trends and execution-oriented opportunities to unlock value across the wealth and asset management ecosystems
Identify shared strategic priorities across firms and help drive initiatives leading to successful outcomes
Source, select, and align the best partner capabilities to support LPL Financial’s strategic needs and roadmap
Lead revenue-related discussions with sponsors, including marketing support, conference support, and technology investments
Prepare for productive engagements / meetings with product sponsors
Manage internal access and connectivity with sponsors across the organization
Partner with subject matter experts to stay aligned on key announcements and to gather relevant content updates.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
7 years of wealth management experience in the advisory industry with product knowledge across all asset classes.
Experience building executive level presentations, PowerPoint

Preferences :
FINRA Series 7 & 63 license, MBA
Understanding of Wealth Management and Asset Management business and stakeholder dynamics
Previous experience in a Sponsor Relations / Strategic Partnership role is a plus
TAMP program experience
Pay Range :
109,700.00 - $182,800.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
