Job Overview :

• We are currently looking for an Sr. Advanced Analytics Specialist who has the thought leadership to identify a robust inventory of potential analytic solutions to help sales teams, technical skills to develop and realize those analytic solutions, and collaboration and consulting skills to build relationships with Business Units. We are looking for someone who can independently write SQL queries, extract data from various databases, prepare and clean data, develop forecasting and machine learning models.

Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis : Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making.
• Model Deployment : Developing machine learning models, including time-series forecasting, supervised and unsupervised models to solve business problems.
• Data Integration : Integrating data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Documentation : Documenting data processes, models, and systems for future reference and maintenance.
• Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

What are we looking for?

Requirements :

• Programming : At least 3 years of experiences in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Machine learning : At least 2 years of experiences in developing machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) such as predictive models, forecasting and segmentations.
• Database : At least 3 years of experiences in writing SQL queries and extracting data from various datasets, files, and databases.
• Analytical : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Communication : Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management : Strong time management skill to independently manage time on different projects and tasks.

Nice to have Experiences :

• Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposures to tools like Alteryx, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code, Git, Salesforce, and snowflake.
• Financial industry experience.

Pay Range :

85,200-$142,000 / year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
