Job Overview :
Sr Analyst of HR Systems will work with internal and external stakeholders to define and analyze complex business problems and provide recommendations and configure solutions that leverage Workday's capabilities. This role may also provide secondary support to other HR systems.
Responsibilities :
Exceptional consultative approach, adept at understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, and providing tailored and innovative solutions within Workday. The ideal candidate will excel in consulting to determine customer needs, and developing and delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Skilled in managing workflow with an agile approach, proficient in backlog maintenance and project management. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and job aid documentation, and will train business partners on new processes and functionality, as well as new administrators on general system processes.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques through classes, reading, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application / tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings / conferences with HRIS community resources.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3 year(s) experience with Workday Core HCM including hands-on configuration
1 year(s) experience with Workday Compensation and Reporting (Worksheets & Discovery boards experience a plus)
Core Competencies :
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products—especially Excel
High level of technical aptitude
Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to analyze and problem-solving
Intense desire for constant learning and process improvement

Great communicator, both verbally and in writing
Strong business acumen with a basic understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and operations

Pay Range :
78,800.00 - $131,400.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
