One of the world's leading gaming and entertainment companies is seeking an HR Business Systems Analyst to help shape the future of Human Resources technology at their San Deigo Headquarters on a hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll develop and implement HR technology strategies that enhance workforce engagement , process optimization , and talent management . You’ll work closely with HR and IT leadership to assess current systems, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT infrastructure.
