Job Overview :
LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Engineer to join its IAM team within the Information Security department. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, integrate, and deploy Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for geographically dispersed business units for the SailPoint IIQ solution. This position will work on various new and ongoing development, enhancement and application onboarding projects to support LPL’s business ventures. The role will work closely with IAM application developers, IAM personnel, vendors, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to implement solutions. This is a very technical, hands-on experience role.
Responsibilities :
Integrates IIQ solution with in-house and third-party applications for birthright provisioning, access request approval and fulfillment, provisional, custom workflows etc.
Responsible for architecture, implementation, and engineering IAM solutions using IIQ technology
Engineering and administration of IdentityIQ including application onboarding, business requests for enhancements, and solutions that improve security posture
Design and develop provisioning and de-provisioning processes / workflows for accounts across various internal and external systems
Configure and develop adapters and connectors with various systems and databases for account provisioning, de-provisioning and updates to user accounts
Work with various business and application teams with their User Lifecycle Management provisioning requirements
Configure and develop access control roles for various applications to fulfill SOX compliance
Perform after-hours work as needed for Level 3 escalations, incident resolutions, system upgrades and deployments

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
Minimum 4 years experience that includes deep technical knowledge of developing SailPoint IIQ solutions, including understanding UIs, connectors, debug, loggers, provisioning tasks, rules, workgroups, and configurations
Minimum 4 years experience with programming languages like Java, middleware (web services, SOAP / XML, REST, etc.), SQL DBMS, Active Directory, LDAP / Directory Server design
Experience managing complex directory services and IAM environments
Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to identify root causes of issues, provide solutions, and communicate to leadership
Preferences :
Industry-relevant information security and IAM certifications : J2EE, CISSP (strongly preferred, but not required)
Ability to work with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams
Scripting and programming skills, shell / Perl, interfacing to LDAP using APIs
Experience developing and implementing Access Request forms / workflows and provisioning / de-provisioning of user access
Use of ITIL methodologies for path-to-production and JIRA stories

Pay Range :
50.48-84.13 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
