What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate foremen and craft workers
- Work closely with project managers, GCs, and fabricators
- Drive safety and productivity while maintaining top-quality work
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Lead by example in a zero-injury safety culture
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 & NCCER certification
