LPR Energy is an E&P company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of unconventional assets throughout the Appalachian Basin. LPR Energy headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas with offices in Somerset and Dubois, PA.
The well tender is responsible for daily operations of assigned oil and gas wells including all processing equipment and production facilities. Regular evaluation and maintenance will be performed to achieve peak production performance for each assigned well. Wells are located across the following Pennsylvania counties, Blair, Clearfield, Centre, Somerset and Fayette.
Job Responsibilities:
· Travel to assigned well pads and perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment
· Monitor daily production and ensure optimal production capabilities and flow conditions
· Perform light maintenance such as:
greasing valves
replacing fittings
· Plunger installations, monitoring and settings adjustments
· Capable of lifting 50 lbs
· Monitor and record erosion and sediment changes
· Troubleshoot instrumentation and mechanical issues
· Regulatory and environmental reporting
· Monthly, quarterly, and annual testing required by state and federal agencies
· Communicate with state and federal agencies
· Communicate to direct supervisor(s) and management all mechanical and/or technical issues
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required at the direction of the Field Supervisor
Job Qualifications:
· Good mechanical skills
· Knowledge and operation of tools
· Basic math skills to calculate tank volumes and gas flow rates
· Basic computer skills
· Team player that can function independently
· Effective communication and time management skills
· Ability to oversee and manage multiple assets
· Proficient knowledge of procedures and technical processes
· Strong focus on safety
· Prior oil/gas and well tending experience a plus
· High organizational skills
Requirements:
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· High School Diploma
· Valid driver’s license
· Acceptable driving record
