What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commencement Graduation Coordinator position at LPR International?
LPR International is seeking Graduation Commencement Coordinators (CGC’s) to assist our client with their Spring commencement services from May 15th-18th.
Responsibilities:
- CGC’s will be assigned to a variety of locations and tasks throughout the graduation venue including:
- Enthusiastically greeting graduates, and their friends and families
- Answering questions and giving directions
- Assisting graduates with photographs
- Assisting graduates with a signature wall
- Performing graduate check-ins and ensure each graduate has the correct name card
- Coordinating graduates and guest lines movement
- Assist graduates with proper paperwork
- Ensuring graduates and families are in the correct place at the correct time
- Leading cheers as graduates cross the stage
- Point of contacts for various services
Requirements:
- Selected candidates must be capable of adhering to tasks but also to recognize that they will be positively representing our client to their graduates, their friends, and families and potentially prospective students.
- Must be well dressed and well presented.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, responsible, and committed to working the entire four-day event.
- Must be capable of working long hours and most likely standing the entire time. Due to COVID precautions, this will be a walk-through and not a seated event.
