Professional Residential Cleaner

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING POSITION::

LPS Detailed Cleaning is looking to add another permanent Weekday team member! This position will be cleaning residential homes in Sussex county. Currently the majority of our clients are in Highland Lakes & Vernon Township. The main office is located in Highland lakes. We do travel up to 30 mins from Highland Lakes. Hours and days we are looking to fill can vary between Monday-Friday 9:30am-3pm. We can work with your schedule.

You MUST be RELIABLE, have reliable child care and transportation for this position. Also, Must be pet friendly, many clients have pets.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in homes, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive experience for our clients.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as detailed cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, mopping, making beds, and vacuuming.

- Must be able to lift & carry supplies to and from homes. Bend and be on feet for extended periods of time. Cleaning is a manual labor position.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surface's.

- Have basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and what can and cannot be used on certain surfaces. And what chemicals cannot be mixed for safety reasons.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with a focus on detail-oriented cleaning practices.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management preferred.
• Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and safe use of cleaning products.
• Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including maintenance.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping can be Helpful.

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently, in groups and follow instructions

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames

- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Pay is as follows:

Training is $15 hr -how long training is depends on the person. But should be no longer than 2 weeks.

Hourly rate will be between $17-$25hr depending on experience and/or work performance.
