Job Summary :
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high standard of service, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management :
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs and food costs.
Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Prepare and present regular reports on restaurant performance to senior management.
