The SuccessFactors Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance of data quality within the HRIS systems and leading on the production of accurate reports/ dashboards that drive insights to support the organisational objectives. The role holder will identify items for improvement and liaise with stakeholders to ensure insights provide meaningful support to strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and maintain People/HR data within the SuccessFactors system to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Design, generate and analyze reports / dashboards on various metrics, such as employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness, that aid effective decision making across the organisation. Ensuring all reporting/ dashboards are easy to use and concise for stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in data/ reporting
• Provide support for SuccessFactors modules, including troubleshooting issues and implementing system improvement
• Work closely with the People Team and IT teams to understand data / reporting needs, take the lead on proving data led solutions to solve these needs and ensure the SuccessFactors system meets organizational requirements
• Ensure data practices comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices to enhance data reporting and analysis capabilities
  
  

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, especially People Analytics, Reporting, and Administration
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts
• Hands on experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field, preferably within HR or using SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings to stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI
• Pro-active at identifying areas for improvement and solutions to meet business requirements
• Organised with ability to plan workloads, motivated by deadlines and KPIs to deliver
• Understanding of GDPR, Data Security and Privacy principles for confidential and sensitive data
