With 30 plus years of experience LRT Offers a full line of commercial and industrial concrete and waterproofing restoration applications. We are hiring in the Nashville, TN area- Concrete Technicians, Waterproofing Foreman, & Concrete Foreman. The Ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial construction and restoration as well as a comprehensive understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures, while maintain all safety requirements associated with commercial building.
- Key Job Responsibilities are as follows, but are not limited to:
- Must be able to work in Nashville, TN
- Ability to run & manage crews
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Maintain safe and presentable work site.
· May include commercial caulking, window glazing, waterproofing, wall and floor coatings, structural concrete repairs, and masonry restoration.
· Supervises workers assigned to area of responsibility to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications and meets quality standards.
· Supervises & coordinates the activities of assigned workers, establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedules, and communicates progress to superintendent & project Manager.
· Ensures that co-workers know and understand the company's safety policies & procedures.
· May assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces during installation.
· Project Planning.
· Maintain good working relationships with Customers, and customer representatives.
· Help educate & train new co-workers on LRT process and procedures.
