If you enjoy working with your hands to create something beautiful, this is a great skill to learn. The demand for our products is constantly growing in the area. In turn, we need exceptional team members to keep up with the growth!
Experience: No coating experience needed. Even with our experienced crews, we do continuing training to make sure our quality and expectations are met. This means that you can train with us to gain the necessary skills to provide our service.
Skills needed:

• Positive personality - We enjoy what we do! We need like minded individuals that are willing to work hard and be positive while they work!
• Reliable - Getting to work on time and staying until the job is finished is crucial for our customers and the team.
• Enjoy being on a work site - We do not work in an office. We work on residential and commercial sites. The travel is mainly local. You will not sit behind a desk here.
• Teachable - We need people to fit in to what we do. You will need to be able to listen, understand and apply skills how we need them done to achieve great results!
• Clear communication - We need people that can understand instruction and be able to apply what has been asked. Also, being able to communicate with customers is part of the job.
• Physical capabilities - Lifting and working with hand tools all day. We work with grinders, generators, large vacuums and chemicals. These things are heavy. You should be able to lift 100lbs when needed and lift 50lbs regularly.
• Construction experience - Experience using power tools is a plus. We work with hand tools and power tools. Safety is important! Understanding how to safely use equipment on a job site is extremely important to keep everyone safe.
• Clean appearance - Showing up to work well groomed and clean is a must. We are professionals and we want to work with professionals.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
