Reservations Specialist - Harborside

We are seeking a Reservations Specialist to join our team in Harborside! In this role, you will handle booking reservations for our guests, communications to management for internal calls, and refer guests to private dining as needed.

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist guests with restaurant reservations.
• Provide personalized recommendations and information on menu offerings, special events, and promotions.
• Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Utilize reservation software and tools to ensure accurate bookings and customer details.
• Work closely with restaurant teams to optimize seating arrangements and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times.

• Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone presence.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms) is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and providing an outstanding guest experience.
