Role Purpose Statement
You'll be working onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide production and packing reports to operations. Assist the Accounts Supervisor / Manager with projects as assigned.
Main Accountabilities
Principal Duties :
- Responsible for the updating of menu specifications / photos / scheduling information, etc., and daily data entry.
- Responsible for compiling all feedback data from airline customers
- Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
- Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor / Manager / users as needed
- Work independently and within Team
- Updating respective production tools for upcoming menu changes
- Knowledge of customer menu specifications and requirements
- Receive incoming calls, and route to appropriate staff, if necessary
- Produce and update operations support documentation generated from customized and proprietary systems such as CBASE, ACE, AND AIRVISION
- Provide support to menu presentations, customer visits and audits / inspections
- Assist other departments as needed (i.e. Billing, Purchasing, Dispatch)
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned (FAFBL, Briefing Notes)
