Role Purpose Statement
You'll be working onsite in San Jose, CA and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data and provide production and packing reports to operations. This is a standard day shift that will include 1 weekend day either (Saturday or Sunday).

Main Accountabilities
- Process key account billing
- Process charter billing – obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices
- Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month
- Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, eg flight checks
- Keep all files up to date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.
- Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
- Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work independently and within a team on special projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1-2 year billing or related experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
- Strong math skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
- Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
