Position Overview
Great opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 3–6-month temporary assignment. Work directly with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit for our Kitchen / Field locations on the West Coast. You will primarily be working to fill leadership (Operations Supervisors and Managers), administrative, and culinary roles for our amazing Field Operations teams who are the heartbeat of our company!
This position is responsible for performing full life cycle Recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews and offers. Utilizes various recruitment tools as well as traditional networking and direct sourcing techniques to source high caliber candidates.
Compensation: $28.85-$38.46 per hour. Pay rate is based on several factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location: Our North American Headquarters/Corporate office located in Irving, TX
Work Environment: Hybrid-Work from home one day a week

Main Accountabilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Drive and manage the recruiting process for both hiring managers and applicants while maintaining direct relationships
- Conduct in-depth phone or virtual screening assessment of applicants through comprehensive interviewing and work history review to assess skills, experience, interest and availability
- Partner with our hiring managers in our field/kitchen locations on scheduling and interview support
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruitment process
- Effectively communicate recruiting efforts/strategy to leadership and stakeholders
- Proficiency utilizing Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline required
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Corporate Recruiter or similar role. High volume preferred
- Experience recruiting in food production or operations preferred
- Experience with multiple location recruiting with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Experience sourcing passive applicants and building pipelines
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Success Factors
- Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively source candidates
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
