Position Summary
As a Warehouse Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact operation that keeps airline catering running smoothly. How You'll Elevate Our Team
✔ Lead & Optimize Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
✔ Manage Inventory & Supply Chain Performance: Oversee inventory control, conduct reconciliations, and manage vendor relationships using SAP and ERP systems.
✔ Ensure Quality & Compliance: Conduct inspections, maintain safety standards, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
✔ Drive Cost & Process Efficiency: Optimize warehouse processes to control food costs and streamline operations.
✔ Develop & Motivate a Winning Team: Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
✅ 2 years of warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management experience (airline, food, or logistics industry preferred).
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
✅ Strong leadership experience—you know how to motivate and guide teams.
✅ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for inventory control (preferred).
✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
