Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing presses, including setup, color matching, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Monitor press performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on printing presses.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recent experience operating printing presses.
- Experience with Flexo and wide-web presses required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent color vision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
