LSI Staffing Pasadena is HIRNG Shipping and receiving clerks at our customer in Deer park and Baytown TX.
Staring pay $15 or more DOE!
The ideal candidate is an energetic individual, a team player, and can provide services necessary for the efficient operation of the company.
This is an In-Person position with operating hours of M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position will report directly to the Quality Control Manager.

The ideal candidate is an energetic individual, a team player, and can provide services necessary for the efficient operation of the company.
This is an In-Person position with operating hours of M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position will report directly to the Quality Control Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include But Or Not Limited To
- Make sure paperwork is filled out properly before shipping.
- Packaging of items, i.e., packing orders in boxes, putting things on a pallet, wrapping a pallet, weighing an order.
- Package and process UPS and FedEx freight orders.
- Maintain shipping supply inventory.
- Operate forklift as needed.
- Be a backup for will-call counter when Shipping Manager is on break.
- Train and learn to inspect orders for proper material, thickness, size, prior to shipping.
- Train and learn to check the inspection emails and answer if needed in a timely manner.
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required.
- Detail oriented - must have the ability to pay close attention to all details and to reconcile a large amount of information.
- Working knowledge of hoses, gaskets and hydraulics in an industrial environment relating to the petrochemical and refining fields a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required.
- Knowledge of ERP software a plus but not required.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and calipers and perform basic mathematics.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and pack and move boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Must be able to keep an organized work area.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must be punctual and able to work each day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
