Job Summary
This role will conduct quality inspection activities for in-coming, in-process, and finished products with a strong focus on specifications. Performs inspection tasks in accordance with established standard operating procedures and schedules for in-coming, in-process and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards. Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and schedules for inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Ensures products meet established quality standards
- FOLLOWs standard operating procedures (SOPs) and schedules for inspection activities
- Assists with quality and production investigations
- Assists in preparation of reports and provides feedback on quality issues
- Works closely with other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives by recommending corrective action for quality issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality control standards
- Understanding of the Quality System Regulation per 21 CFR Part 820
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Programs
