Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership : Oversee and execute detailed project implementation tasks across multiple clients, ensuring our SaaS and COTS solutions are deployed effectively, on time, and within scope.
- Client Engagement : Facilitate in-depth discussions to understand each client's business requirements, aligning solutions to fit their traceability and compliance needs.
- Training & Enablement : Provide comprehensive training on our traceability software, GS1 compliance, and regulatory reporting, empowering clients to maximize solution functionality.
- Configuration & Testing : Manage the configuration and integration setup, including trading partner connections, and ensure robust testing to deliver accurate and reliable deployments.
- Documentation & Planning : Develop and maintain essential project documents, including change control logs, deployment plans, and serialization and compliance documentation.
