Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of the Community and Population Health Program within the CHVE, incumbent will independently plan and execute a portfolio of national research and evaluation of programs focused on improving population health. This will entail development and execution of research and evaluation of programs focused on workforce development, capacity-building, sustainability, and/or improving health outcomes; developing and offering training on evaluation; and producing academic products and technical reports. The incumbent will be responsible for program management and evaluation, staff oversight, policy development and implementation, communication with external stakeholders, and research on the community health workforce.
