Position Summary
This entry-level position serves as a member of the team responsible for supporting the LSU Health PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management ERP system. Critical responsibilities of this position are to provide technical support in the form of problem analysis, correction of application bugs, implementation of system enhancements, development of system modifications as well as interfaces and reports. This employee assists with life cycle management responsibilities such as applying application updates and working on product upgrades. The incumbent is responsible for working on support tickets and technical projects. This position would work closely with end-users and Support staff to resolve problems, help with user issues, and provide technical solutions. This will require development of knowledge in multiple functional PeopleSoft Financials modules. This position will be hired at an IT Analyst 1 or IT Analyst 2 based upon the qualifications of the selected candidate. This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 – Remote Work Policy.
