What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Strategist (Social Media) position at LT?
We’re seeking a bold, creative, and execution-savvy Content Strategist (Social) to join our content marketing team. In this role, content creation is the heartbeat of what you do—you’ll be responsible for planning, writing, designing, editing, and publishing social-first content across platforms. From developing a creative concept to turning it into a polished video or graphic, this role blends hands-on creative work with platform strategy, storytelling, and influencer management.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in social-first formats, has strong writing chops, and is just as comfortable making content in Canva or CapCut as they are pitching a new idea in a client meeting. This is your role if you live and breathe content and get excited by trends, formats, and the constant evolution of digital storytelling.

- Develop clear, thoughtful briefs that guide influencer content in the right direction.
- Track, organize, and manage influencer content and assets for use across owned channels.
- Partner with internal teams to ideate and pitch compelling campaigns, series, or one-off content ideas.

- Work alongside designers, strategists, and account managers to bring multi-platform campaigns to life.
- Monitor performance across platforms and use data to inform future creative decisions.
- Participate in content recaps and performance presentations with internal and client teams.
- Use social listening and competitor benchmarking to continuously elevate creative output.
- 3–5 years of social content creation experience, ideally in an agency or high-volume brand setting.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools (advanced skills a plus, but not required).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in multiple brand voices and tones.
- Experience managing social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Comfort with managing influencer relationships, contracts, briefs, and content deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills, creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence presenting work internally and to clients, with a collaborative and open mindset.
- Bonus points for light Adobe Creative Suite skills, experience with Brandwatch or similar platforms, or comfort being on camera.
- A culture that champions creativity and supports growth.
- Hybrid flexibility and a true respect for work-life balance.
- A team of smart, fun humans who value collaboration over ego.
- The opportunity to shape content that matters, with room to explore, test, and push boundaries.
