Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team as a Primary-Care Provider.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care to patients in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities.
- Collaborate with an LTC Collaborating Physician to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in on-call duties and share responsibilities with other LTC Providers.
Requirements
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Candidates must have a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a U.S. certification program.
