We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Coordinator to support our IT operations team. This role is critical in maintaining efficient processes, supporting technical requests, and coordinating tasks across inventory, repairs, and access management. - Team Support & Oversight
- Provide daily direction and assistance to the Operations Specialist
- Ensure task completion aligns with team priorities and timelines
- Act as the first point of contact for task escalations
- Audits & Inventory Accuracy
- Conduct regular audits of hardware, software, and other operational assets
- Identify discrepancies and help ensure inventory records are accurate and current
- Monitor Operational Boards
- Track and follow up on items in:
- Access Requests Board
- Repairs Board
- Texas Repairs Board
- Orders Board
- Quote Management
- Generate and send quotes for computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment
- Ensure all quotes are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Shipping & Receiving
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and document items in inventory
- Inventory Support
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory systems
- Collaborate with the Operations Specialist on inventory tracking and audits
- Technical Support (Access Requests)
- Assist the Operations Specialist with more complex or technical access-related requests
- Coordinate with internal IT teams when necessary
- Overflow Call Support
- Assist in answering overflow phone calls from the Desktop Support team
- Ensure callers are directed to the appropriate resources quickly and professionally
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, IT coordination, or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and quoting tools
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and user account access is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
