LTI Trucking Services is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative position reporting to Operations. We are an asset based company and full service logistics company located in Madison, IL (St. Louis, MO).
We are looking for a motivated and high energy person who has great customer service skills, who can work as a team, and has leadership skills. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Operations Manager and will be working at our corporate office located in Madison, IL. Their job description and responsibilities are:
- Communicating with Customers
- Managing and Growing Accounts
- EDI & Data entry
- Scheduling pickups & deliveries
- Problem solving
- Accepting load tenders on various customer websites
- Working together with their assigned Load Planner
- Leadership capabilities
In addition, the qualified candidate should be organized, self-disciplined and have great communication skills. Computer literate with the ability to grasp new programs and able to adapt quickly. Must be reliable and able to work as a team member.
