What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Application Support Specialist position at LTI Trucking Services, Inc.?
Job Summary
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to collect user stories, own and resolve issues with LTI managed systems, and assist with escalations as needed with LTI’s IT service partners.
- Perform administrative tasks within LTI’s IT environment. Examples include hosted phone system, transportation management systems, document imaging software, services portals, etc.
- Display ownership over the effectiveness and organization of work. Work effectively within a ticketing system, maintain sufficient notes in a knowledge base for future reference, etc.
- Act with a high service mindset and aid non-technical stakeholders towards issue resolution.

Work Context

- Work Setting – Job requires full time on site in Madison, IL for the first 9 months. Standard accommodation will be made for personal/family needs. Potential for work from home to be addressed once candidate performance and two-way trust are established.
- Routine versus Challenging Work – This role requires frequent task switching across different IT applications and areas of focus. This role is user facing, both internally and with IT service providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
