Job Title: Product Owner (with P&C Insurance Domain experience)

Work Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – Onsite)

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Guiding the development team towards a shared product vision and resolving conflicts effectively
• Ability to analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Basic understanding of software development processes technologies and project management tools
• Understanding of business goals market dynamics and revenue drivers to prioritize features accordingly
• Ability to clearly articulate product vision user needs and technical requirements to various stakeholders

Technical Skills (Secondary, nice to have not mandatory):

• Creating maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog which includes user stories epics and defects
• Understanding customer needs and translating them into clear concise user stories
• Deciding which features to develop next based on business value and user impact
• Collaboration with Development Team
• Working closely with developer’s, designers, and testers to ensure the team understands the product vision and delivers features according to the backlog
• Defining clear acceptance criteria for each user story to ensure quality and delivery of features
• Communicating product vision progress updates and roadblocks to stakeholders including product managers executives and customers
• Facilitating Agile practices like sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint retrospectives
• Staying informed about market trends competitor analysis and user feedback to inform product roadmap decision
