Job Title: Product Owner (with P&C Insurance Domain experience)
Work Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – Onsite)
Technical Skills (Primary):
- Guiding the development team towards a shared product vision and resolving conflicts effectively
- Ability to analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Basic understanding of software development processes technologies and project management tools
- Understanding of business goals market dynamics and revenue drivers to prioritize features accordingly
- Ability to clearly articulate product vision user needs and technical requirements to various stakeholders
Technical Skills (Secondary, nice to have not mandatory):
- Creating maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog which includes user stories epics and defects
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into clear concise user stories
- Deciding which features to develop next based on business value and user impact
- Collaboration with Development Team
- Working closely with developer’s, designers, and testers to ensure the team understands the product vision and delivers features according to the backlog
- Defining clear acceptance criteria for each user story to ensure quality and delivery of features
- Communicating product vision progress updates and roadblocks to stakeholders including product managers executives and customers
- Facilitating Agile practices like sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint retrospectives
- Staying informed about market trends competitor analysis and user feedback to inform product roadmap decision

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
