About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our team at LTS - Video Solutions for Security Professionals. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing expert guidance on our security system solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features to effectively match products with client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in sales or related areas.
- Experience in the security system industry is highly desired.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT/Network, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
