JOB TITLE: Congressional Support Analyst Mid-Level Full Time Contract

POSITION TIMING: Immediate hire upon Contract Award and completion of all background and security investigations. Candidates must be willing to sign a Letter of Intent for submission with their resume.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive facility and infrastructure management support for the F-35 JPO, including planning, development, and execution of facility-related projects.
- Managing and coordinating facility requirements to ensure they align with organizational objectives and comply with federal regulations, including Continuity of Operations (COOP) protocols and procedures.
- Analyzing workforce and facility data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to leadership to aid in decision-making processes.
- Developing and maintaining plans related to facility maintenance, upgrades, and emergency preparedness.
- Managing and responding to competing priorities and work requirements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues, ensuring project success, and fulfilling organizational needs.
- Acting as the main point of contact for facilities management, engaging in effective negotiations with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations in all facility-related activities.
- Assisting with facilities-related procurement and contract management processes as necessary.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned to support the priorities of the F-35 JPO.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience managing or coordinating facility requirements in either a private or government setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal Continuity of Operations (COOP) requirements and procedures.
- Experience with workforce and facility data analysis, reporting, and evaluations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to engage and negotiate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Clearance Requirement
- Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing facilities within a federal government organization, preferably supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program.
- Familiarity with the mission and objectives of the F-35 JPO.
- Experience in managing large-scale facility projects or infrastructure upgrades.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Education
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher.
