We are in search of a marketing project manager who is experienced in Google Analytics, OKRs, CRM, Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo.
The position will be the primary driver of marketing, and will have significant responsibility in communicating with stakeholders, team members, clients, and vendors to ensure that everybody is aligned and working towards the same goals.
Job Summary:
- Part time position to start, moving to full time

As a Marketing Project Manager, You Will Be Doing the Following:
- GA4 Analytics
- Attending weekly team calls and daily standup meetings.
- Project Management: Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.
- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Budget management: Proficiently manage budgets, track expenses, and make decisions aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify market trends to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Digital Marketing: Work with social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC to achieve marketing goals.
- Content Management: Develop and manage various types of content, including written, visual, and audio, while ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in tools and software like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge in Klaviyo is not required but is nice to have
- Proficiency in Marketing KPI
- Demonstrable success in planning and executing marketing projects from conception to completion
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and technologies
- Budget management skills and experience in resource allocation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
