We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to partner directly with our Chief Marketing and Experience Officer (CMXO) to bring ambitious strategies to life. This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, managing key projects across brand awareness, paid media, product growth, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades, a dynamic problem-solver who thrives on variety, and someone who can confidently represent the TelyRx brand at events and in partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with the CMXO to prioritize and execute initiatives across the 2025 Marketing Goals, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Serve as a central liaison between Social Marketing, SEO, Creative, Paid Media, and Partnerships teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
Brand Awareness and Equity
Support the TelyWell Rewards Program launch by managing campaign timelines and coordinating deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.Oversee storytelling campaigns by gathering customer insights and coordinating creative content.Facilitate media and influencer collaborations, ensuring campaigns are executed on-brand and effectively reach target demographics.Paid Media Optimization
Oversee OTT / CTV campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and monitoring key performance metrics.Manage A / B testing efforts on platforms like TikTok and Linkedin, ensuring results inform future strategies.Collaborate on quarterly performance reviews, synthesizing insights to adjust media strategies for improved ROI.Event Management and Representation
Represent TelyRx at conferences, sponsorship events, and community activations, serving as a passionate brand ambassador.Manage logistics, marketing materials, and schedules for internal and external events.Collaborate with local and virtual organizations for partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.Product Growth and Partnerships
Support product expansion efforts by coordinating the addition of new SKUs, bundled promotions, and educational campaigns.Facilitate partnerships with aligned brands and influencers, managing contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.Oversee case studies for successful collaborations to showcase TelyRx’s impact.Team and Talent Development

Requirements : Key Qualifications
Experience & Skills :3–5 years in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role with demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects.
Strong proficiency with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.Proven ability to execute campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics.Personal Attributes :A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Outgoing and confident, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent TelyRx at events and in partnerships.Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven organization.Flexibility :Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and sponsorship activations as needed.
