What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Maintenance Technician 1 YR. shop/school exp. required position at Lubbers Chevrolet-Ford?
Immediate opportunity for a hungry tech to perform maintenance and repair on a variety of makes. Technical school certification or a continued history at an auto facility is (REQUIRED). Should have reliable transportation and a valid driver license. Compensation will vary with level of experience/training/skill you bring to the table. Grow with us, get your "company paid" ASE, GM or Ford factory training certifications here! Position is in Cheney, 20 minutes West of the Wichita airport. Shop is well equipped, good lighting and modern. Applicant is required to perform duties to include multi point inspection of fluids, filters, tires, brakes, steering, suspension and lighting. Tire balance and repairs, replace bulbs, filters to include diesel fuel filters. Applicant should have their own basic tools. Great communication with team members, attention to detail and safety conscience is a must.
