This position requires excellent communication skills, expedient responsiveness, attention to detail, a cheerful and enthusiastic personality to make all customers feel welcome, while ensuring their business needs are met with the utmost in attentiveness and professionalism. Our CSRs provide online, in-person, and telephonic services to a wide range of internal and external customers.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing and the associated computer entries and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
- Friendly and attentive personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Experience with conflict-resolution in a customer service environment
- Exceptional ability to attend to details
- Computer skills, e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel
- Ability to multi-task effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones and attending to computer work
- Must be able to work Holidays and weekends
CSR Duties Include:
- Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service
- Face to face interactions with customers during over the counter sales
- Data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems
- Excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service
- Connecting clients to appropriate personnel
- Performing administrative support tasks as needed
- Maintaining professionalism
Other:
- Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
- Must be able to work on Holidays
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
