Customer Service Representative

This position requires excellent communication skills, expedient responsiveness, attention to detail, a cheerful and enthusiastic personality to make all customers feel welcome, while ensuring their business needs are met with the utmost in attentiveness and professionalism. Our CSRs provide online, in-person, and telephonic services to a wide range of internal and external customers.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing and the associated computer entries and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
• Friendly and attentive personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Experience with conflict-resolution in a customer service environment
• Exceptional ability to attend to details
• Computer skills, e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel
• Ability to multi-task effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones and attending to computer work
• Must be able to work Holidays and weekends

CSR Duties Include:

• Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service
• Face to face interactions with customers during over the counter sales
• Data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems
• Excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service
• Connecting clients to appropriate personnel
• Performing administrative support tasks as needed
• Maintaining professionalism

Other:

• Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work on Holidays
• No felonies in the last 10 years
• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
