Key Responsibilities for Real Estate Marketing Coordinator :
Property Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new lease-ups and stabilized multifamily properties to maximize occupancy.Construction Project Marketing : Partner with the construction team to create and execute campaigns that promote third-party construction services and attract new clients.Investor Relations Support : Design engaging marketing materials and communication plans to update investors on project milestones and property performance.
